EFEK TRANSFLUTHRIN DAN PEMBERIAN CAMPURAN EKSTRAK BISAKON TERHADAP KERUSAKAN SEL GINJAL MENCIT

Abstract

Obat nyamuk  yang banyak beredar di masyarakat adalah jenis one push aerosol. Salah satu kandungannya berupa transfluthrin yang dapat menimbulkan polutan sehingga dapat mengganggu kerja dan fungsi organ ginjal. Kerusakan pada organ ginjal dapat diatasi dengan mengkonsumsi bahan-bahan dengan kandungan antioksidan serta antibiotik yang tinggi. Salah satunya dapat diperoleh dari ekstrak bisakon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek transfluthrin dan pemberian campuran ekstrak bisakon terhadap kerusakan sel ginjal mencit. Penelitian ini menggunakan 90 ekor mencit jantan dan dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok, yaitu kontrol negatif (K-), kontrol positif (K+), semprot negatif (S-) dan semprot positif (S+). Pemberian ekstrak bisakon diberikan secara oral dengan dosis 25,55 mg/20 g BB; 28,05 mg/20 g BB; 30,55 mg/20 g BB; 33,55 mg/20 g BB dan 35,55 mg/20 g BB, sedangkan semprotan obat nyamuk one push aerosol dengan kandungan transfluthrin diberikan sebanyak 21,3% dan 25%. Kerusakan sel ginajl mencit dilakukan dengan pengamatan terhadap gambaran mikroskopisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis antioksidan bisakon dapat menurunkan persentase kerusakan pada sel ginjal mencit.
